At University Co-op, we want you to wear your collegiate pride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your merchandise in its original packaging if possible, including the packing slip, and affix the generated return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
